I had a disappointing stay at the hotel due to the rooms being in terrible condition, which included broken amenities and unpleasant odors. However, the location was fantastic, right across from the beach and close to restaurants. While the staff was friendly and helpful, there were some rude interactions that detracted from the overall experience. The dining options were not great either, with some nasty food choices. Overall, I found it could have been a lot better, especially for the price I paid.
